Granting of use of library space
The National Central Library of Florence may grant temporary use of the spaces it governs to third parties.
Regulations for the granting of use and fees
The National Central Library of Florence may grant temporary use of some of the spaces it governs, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations for the granting of use of spaces, for copying fees and for the educational services of the National Central Library of Florence – Section II, pages 4 onwards, and with the organisation’s price list.
Those interested in making use of this services are invited to send a justified request, using the dedicated form, to the Director of the BncF at least 60 days prior to the planned date of use, to allow the relative request to be assessed.
Requests for further information may be addressed to the Directorial Secretariat (bnc-fi@cultura.gov.it) and the department for the Coordination of Cultural Events (bnc-fi.manifestazioniculturali@cultura.gov.it).
