URP – Customer Relations Department
The URP – Customer Relations Department was set up at the library in 1995, in implementation of Law 241/90 and Legislative Decree 29/93, to foster administrative transparency and improve the quality of services.

Institutional duties
The URP is responsible for the library’s internal and external communication, for analysing user needs, and for improving the organisation, provision and quality of the services offered:
- It welcomes suggestions, observations and complaints, which are managed in accordance with the Regulations for State Public Libraries and the Internal Regulations of the Institution.
- It receives requests for access to deeds and for information on the organisation and functioning of services offered, facilitating their use.
